Ms. Logan Carter

Logan Carter received a BFA in Acting from the Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago. While at DePaul, Logan studied acting technique, Shakespeare, improvisation, musical theatre, voice and speech, and performance in a conservatory setting, and was trained in improv technique by members of Second City and Improv Olympic. Upon graduation, Logan moved to Los Angeles, where she studied at the Lesly Kahn Studio, and began teaching acting at the Performing Arts Workshop for children in Redondo Beach. Logan moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2007 to teach Speech and Drama at Carbondale Middle School, and has taught acting and improv locally for Theatre Aspen, Thunder River Theatre, Jayne Gottlieb Productions and then founded the non-profit youth theatre company, SoL Theatre Company, based in Carbondale, in 2012. Logan has been teaching and directing theatre for AHS and AMS since 2013, and has 2 children, Josie and Holden.
