Teacher Leadership is an important part of a high functioning school district. Beyond skills and knowledge, leaders apply what they know to make the system better for students. The committee will make decisions based on the rubric below.
The Lead Pillar adds $2000 to a teacher’s base pay. However, it remains in effect for only three years. After three years a teacher must renew the Lead designation to continue to receive the $2000.
