  • 2019/2020 Incoming Kindergarten and new student grades 1st - 4th Intent to Enroll Form 


    Parents of incoming Kindergarten students or new students to AES in grades 1st - 4th for the upcoming 2019/2020 school year must complete this form to begin the process of registering your child and ensuring they are placed in a class.  You will receive an email from AES in August with information about completing the registration process.  Make sure to enter your email address to ensure you will receive all notifications. Click here for Intent to Enroll Form

  • Spring 2019 Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 6,7,8

    Parent/Teacher conference registration for all K-12 students will open on
    Wednesday, February 20th at 7:30 am.  

    **All parents who attended Fall 2018 Conferences will log in using the same username and password you created last fall. Instructions if you have a 18-19 account

    **If you did NOT attend Fall 2018 Conferences you will need to create a 18-19 account starting on Wednesday 2/20.  Instructions to create an account

    Starting Wednesday, February 20th you can book conferences for all your K-12 students at one location at aspen.schoolappointments.com

    Wednesday, March 6

    2:10 pm – 4:10 pm

    Thursday, March 7

    9:00 am – 5:00 pm

    Friday, March 8

    8:00 am – 4:00 pm
