    2019-2020 Course Request forms and other documents were handed out at registration meetings.

    If students were not able to attend their Registration Meeting they may pick up Course request documents in the Counseling Office OR may click HERE to view and print their registration document(s).

  • Spring 2019 Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 6,7,8

    Parent/Teacher conference registration for all K-12 students will open on
    Wednesday, February 20th at 7:30 am 

    **All parents who attended Fall 2018 Conferences will log in using the same username and password you created last fall. Instructions if you have a 18-19 account

    **If you did NOT attend Fall 2018 Conferences you will need to create a 18-19 account starting on Wednesday 2/20.  Instructions to create an account

    Starting Wednesday, February 20th you can book conferences for all your K-12 students at one location at aspen.schoolappointments.com

  • State Testing
    • April 9th: All 9th, 10th, & 11th graders take PSAT or SAT
    • April 16th: All 11th graders take CMAS Science
    • April 23rd: SAT Make Up Date

    We are asking families to OPT-IN for our spring assessments. If you do need to opt out, you must fill out a form for each student individually, and OPT OUT of all assessments. Click HERE.

  • May 2019 International Baccalaureate Examinations



    Please be aware that all students are expected to attend their exams.  A schedule with specific start times will be published closer to the exam session.

    Students will not be able to enter the examination room with anything other than BLUE or BLACK PENS, and a CLEAR WATER BOTTLE.

    Students will be notified by their teachers and the IB coordinator which exams allow for a calculator.

    Attendance Policy during IB exams:

    • Students with morning exams will be excused from morning classes, but expected to attend their afternoon classes.
    • Students with afternoon exams will be excused from all classes that testing day.
    • Students are responsible for any and all work missed due to exams.
    • Once a student has completed their exam for a course their course is complete and they no longer need to report to that class.  For example: Student taking the IB Business and Management exam will no longer report to IB Business class after May 6th

  • Communities that Care

    Communities that Care of Pitkin County is seeking 2-4 High school and Middle school students to participate in our community planning process. CTC is an upstream prevention system that looks at how we can improve the well-being of youth in our community. We are looking for 2-4 students interested in mental health, substance use, and prevention. You will join our team and give input on how to make Pitkin County more healthy for all youth. Service hours and stipends will be awarded. If you are interested in joining our team, please email Emily Farrell at efarrell@chicolorado.org

  • Parking

    Parking on campus is only for seniors with a parking pass! Seniors with a parking pass may park in the middle school lot in the designated section only. Seniors who have paid and registered for a parking pass can pick them up from Danielle in the main office. SENIORS ONLY Click here to register for a parking pass.

    • Please call in or e-mail the Attendance Secretary, Anne Maloney, by 9:30 am, or before 3:00 that day, when your child is sick, late or when you know when they have a Doctors or Dentist appointment. Please bring a doctors note if your child has a doctor or dentist appointment. If you call in the next day after 3:00 it will be marked unexcused.
    • When a student arrives to school late they will need to report to the Aspen High School office to receive a late ADMITTANCE SLIP.
    • If your child needs to leave school during the day for a Doctors or dentist appointment please call or have your child bring a note to the office.
