    Sheri Smith is looking for 10 students (grades 9-11) to join her at a Global Student Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland July 20-25. The conference focus is innovation, impact, and action in response to the Global Climate Crisis. The conference features workshops and collaboration with students from around the world.     The deadline to turn in a senior photo and quote for the yearbook is December 9, 2019. Please submit your photo in the highest quality possible, with an appropriate quote to ahsseniorphotos2020@gmail.com.

  • Report Cards

    Report cards will be available online in PowerSchool again this year. Parents will need to log into their Powerschool account to view and download their child’s report card.

    Hard copy report cards will continue to be mailed to the homes of students who have earned a final quarter grade of a D or F.

  • Spring Musical



    Auditions are open to Aspen School District Students grades 7-12

    Students sign up for a 10-minute time-slot on ONE of the dates below. All auditions will be in the Black Box @ AHS.  Click here for more information about auditions

    • December 17th, 3:30-7:00pm
    • December 18th: CALLBACK AUDITIONS, 2:00-5:00pm


    Performances are March 12-15th in the District Theater

    Would you like to LIVE in another country while you’re still in High School?
    Explore the world of Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE)! Now accepting

    applications for the 2020/2021 school year!

    •  Application deadline is Nov 6th, 2019
    • Who can apply: All students (must be at least 15 ½ years old and cannot be older than 17 ½ years old on August 1, 2020)
    • Where can you go: 27 countries were available for the 2019/2020 school year, from Argentina to France, India, Japan, and Zimbabwe. Three Students from AHS currently on exchange in Austria, France and Poland.

  • Every Student Flies

    Every Student Flies provides students the opportunity to experience aviation first hand. Students will get the opportunity to fly an airplane with a Certified Flight Instructor and learn about careers in aviation including becoming an air traffic controller, pilot, aviation mechanic, and more! This initiative is open to Aspen High School students, grades 9 - 12.

  • Parking

    Parking on campus is only for seniors with a parking pass! Seniors with a parking pass may park in the middle school lot in the designated section only. Seniors who have paid and registered for a parking pass can pick them up from Danielle in the main office. SENIORS ONLY Click here to register for a parking pass.

    • Please call in or e-mail the Attendance Secretary, Anne Maloney, by 9:30 am, or before 3:00 that day, when your child is sick, late or when you know when they have a Doctors or Dentist appointment. Please bring a doctors note if your child has a doctor or dentist appointment. If you call in the next day after 3:00 it will be marked unexcused.
    • When a student arrives to school late they will need to report to the Aspen High School office to receive a late ADMITTANCE SLIP.
    • If your child needs to leave school during the day for a Doctors or dentist appointment please call or have your child bring a note to the office.
