  • Schoolwires

    Thank you for your patience with the roll-out of our new District website! We’ve been working hard since summer to create a customized experience that will enable you find information about your student’s upcoming School/District events, homework, and athletic events. This information has been available all along, but now you will be able to create a Dashboard that will give you access to all this information in one convenient location. You will even be able to push your student’s calendar events in real-time to your mobile device. Additionally, your new Schoolwires credentials will allow you to see locked pages not visible if you are not logged in. The new Student Directory pages are an example of locked pages that will only be viewable when logged in.


    You will need credentials to create the customized experience described above, sent to you by Chris Durham. Please be sure to view our Schoolwires Tutorials for Parents and Students YouTube channel for instructions on how to use the site with your new username and password. Additionally, Click Here to access the Parent Resource Page on Schoolwires. It is very well put together and provides guides, quick help cards, and very well done videos to show you how to set MyView up and customize it.

    If after watching all of the video tutorials you still need help setting up your Dashboard, we will be offering a number of hands-on training sessions where you can come to the school and have one of our Technology Team members help you get set-up. Please visit our Parent Technology Calendar for more information. The following are the planned training sessions:

    We have created a new link on our District and School navigation bars titled For Parents. This new link is intended to give you information and easy access to all of the online systems you as a parent need to have access to. Please visit often as we hope to grow this page into a valuable resource for you.


    Student Directories

    To accommodate several requests made this year for Student Directories and contact information, the district has created a Student Directory specific for each school based on the information provided to us during the student registration/enrollment process and replies received from the email sent out to all district parents on January 23.

    The Student Directories link will only be visible when you are logged in to the ASD web site. They are located under Our School on each school’s home page and labeled as AES Student Directory, AMS Student Directory, and AHS Student Directory.

    Directories for 2014-15 will disappear at the end of the school year (June 9); with new ones created and activated for the 2015-16 school year on the first day of school.

  • 2014-15 Student Registration/Enrollment
    Online registration for the 2014-2015 school year is open. If you are new to the Aspen School District area you must preregister online as a New Student. For more details about what information is required and/or to begin the online registration process please CLICK HERE.
